Yes, this is great. I've seen it before but misplaced the link. Just about everyone I know already has a pretty good store of food, but this will come in handy if I encounter someone who is scared at the cost of storing food.

I like this weekly list idea. IMO the prices are unrealistic and outdated. Beans & rice need to be added to the list. But the overall idea makes it more realistic for ppl that are overwhelmed about what and how much to stockpile.
