I was taking my granddaughter to the store the other day. Now anytime she gets in a vehicle she is a little magpie. she never shuts up. Sometimes I get tickled by what comes out of her mouth. I just listen while she talks on.

She was talking about only having a couple dollars to spend at the store. she went on to recall how she use to have so much more money. How ppl would give her money all the time. How at one time she had $15 saved up. She went on to say, "Ever since that idiot got in the White House ppl have stopped giving me money."

I had to smile that even an 8 yr old can associate her lack of income with "that idiot in the WH".
