2. There CURRENTLY are 342 SEPARATE Gov. programs “for” Economic Growth- yeah, I put for in “”…cuz that hasn’t worked so good has it?!!
3. There CURRENTLY 130 SEPARATE Gov. prograns to “help” the disabled- yeah, help in “” for the same reason.
4. There CURRENTLY 130 SEPARATE Gov. programs to “help” at-risk youth…(oh, & noticed that’s the 3rd time I said CURRENTLY BECAUSE the way ObaMarxist, Nazi Pelousey & Dingey Hairy Reed are going this will QUADRUPPLE soon.)
5. Through Gov. Waste, Fraud & Incompotence, the Federal Gov. spent MORE THAN $25,000 PER HOUSEHOLD IN 2008!!! BLIMEY! If the Gov. had just GIVEN US the $25,000 we’d better off!!! Besides IT’S OUR MONEY ANYWAY!!! And that figure is UP $4,000 since 2001 when it was a “paltry” $21,000 PER HOUSEHOLD!
6. The Budget DEFICIT- SO FAR- this year IS $1.8 TRILLION!!! And the year isn’t over yet! Just the “stimulus” bill ALONE dumps $6,700 PER HOUSEHOLD of NEW DEBT into the laps of OUR Childrend and GRAND CHILDREN!
7. THIS YEAR ALONE in California the Gov. will “spend”/WASTE $200,000 on TATTOO REMOVAL, $870,000 on a Red Wolf Breeding Facility, oh and $1.7 MILLION on a SWINE ODOR “RESEARCH”!!! This is ONE State! ONE year!!!
8. The U.S. Gov. THIS YEAR has spent $4,545,000 for “WOOD UTILIZATION RESEARCH”!! Since 1985 we’ve WASTED $90 MILLION ON THIS “RESEARCH”!!! Crikey! Who’s doing this “research?!! The Amish?!!! I think we KNOW HOW to “utilise WOOD”!!
9. THIS YEAR ALONE we’ve WASTED $3,000,000 for “shrimp ‘aquaculture’ research”!!! And again, since 1985 we WASTED $70,000,000 on this “research”!!
10. Lastly, EACH YEAR we waste $250,000 paying ONE man to “sip, taste and test the tea and coffe coming into America”!! REALLY?!! This is “necessary”?!!

And sadly- scarily- the above is but “tip-o-the-ice-berg” of all the UN-Constitutional & ANTI-Constitutional WASTE that OUR ELECTED PUBLIC SERVANTS ENGAGE IN IN ONE YEAR!!! NO WHERE in Article 1 Section 8 or in the 5th, 9th, 10th & 11th Amendments do these TRAITORUS STALINIST SWINE have the authority to do ANY of this!!! And Nazi Pelousey was asked about the Constitutional grounding for this she mockingly & scornfully rebuked the reporter by saying, “Are you serious?! That is NOT a serious question!”

The Charter of the Republican Party as devised and endorsed by conservative Americans that believe in the inherent need to clarify what the Republican Party stands for since our Party leaders have seemed to have forgotten. The Charter is being sent to every GOP office in every state and every elected individual in the United States with the request to read and endorse the Charter.

The Charter needs to be put into the hands of every elected official and potential candidate that puts an (R) behind his name. It is time those that carry the (R) remember who they represent and just what we expect of them.

Preamble
Political parties in general, and the Republican party in particular, lack a written charter which defines the principles of that party and thus establishes the bounds within which Party leaders must operate. This is an attempt to create such a charter for the Republican Party.

Those individuals who understand and embrace the Constitution of the United States are overwhelmingly Republican. They understand the Constitution is the finest piece of legislation ever penned by man precisely because it limits the powers of government in order that government may protect the rights of individuals.

The objective of this charter is to define the principles embraced by the Republican Party. These principles are based on the Constitution and the fundamental concept of individual rights.

It bears mentioning that any party that lacks a charter defining principles is inherently unprincipled; if it does not define itself or those things for which it stands, it is free to morph over time into something diametrically opposed to what it was at its inception. This implies party leaders of all stripes are less interested in adhering to an ideological principle and more interested in acquiring or maintaining power. This is anathema to a free people.

Creating a charter anchors a party. A party is no longer free to change or go where the political currents take it. This is the objective of our efforts.

WHEREAS the leaders of the Republican Party and many in the Republican Party have adopted values and implemented policies anathema to the principles and values upon which our great nation was founded, it has become necessary to codify the conservative tenets and principles that define the Republican Party. These tenets and principles must be adhered to by all candidates, incumbents and newcomers, to become (or remain) a member of, garner the electoral support of, and receive monetary support from the Republican Party and its constituency.

Be it known that We, the People, of The United States of America, do hereby propose the following Republican Party Charter:

WHEREAS Republicans believe in limited government, individual freedom and personal responsibility;

WHEREAS government has neither money nor power not derived from the consent of the people;

WHEREAS people have the right to keep the fruits of their labor;

WHEREAS elected officials must uphold the U. S. Constitution as the supreme law of the land;

BE IT RESOLVED that the Republican Party endorses and requires the following principles be strictly adhered to in ideology and actions:

Libs define compassion DIFFERENTLY than REAL People, i.e. Conservatives/Patriots. Let me ’splain:
1. A 15 yr. old goes to work full-time over the summer at a Hospital Cafeteria as a dish-washer, easily puts in 40″+” hours a week, (this is 1974-1977). He’s making minimum wage.
2. There are taxes taken out- fed, state, local, fica. Money this 15 yr. old WORKED HARD FOR is FORCIBLY TAKEN from him WITHOUT his consent or even being asked. He takes home ONLY about 75-77% of what HE WORKED HARD FOR.
3. That money is given to a welfare cheat/bum from NYC who uses it to take his family of 5 on a VACATION in a NEW CADILAC to DISNEY IN CALIFORNIA…who hits the 15 yr. old’s dad up for gas money & food money to get back to NYC.
4. Other of that money is given to a 16 yr. old girl and her ILLIGETIMATE kid to live on (famly threw her out). This 16 yr. old yr. gets HOUSING dollar$, WIC, daycare, dollar$ for gas, utilities…FROM THAT 15 YR. OLD BOY’S HARD EARNED PAY.
5. Some of that money is given to a crack wh*re with 3 kids who has a 67 in. plasma screen tv that the 15 yr. old boy PAID FOR WITH HIS tax dollar$ that were TAKEN from him.

The ABOVE is “compassion”, “being humane” to a Liberal. Now a LibTurd may NOT label themseles a LibTurd, no, they may call themselves:
