Compromise…

It’s WWII. It’s VJ day. WE WON a hard fought, blood-sated, Global War against Tyranny. WE WON OVERWHELMINGLY.
So immediately WE begin to apologise to The Nazis and the Emperial Japanese for stopping their blood-quest for WORLD DOMINATION. WE apologise and immediatley make concessions to ammend for OUR atrocious killing of their people and destruction of their buildings.WE then LET the Nazis have the East Coast of America and Japan have the West Coast with the Mississippi as the dividing line.

I mean, after all, we DID fight back…AND WON! HOW DARE WE DO THAT!

That makes sense doesn’t it?

Yeah Right…

But THAT is what a tiny, miniscule, INSIGNIFICANT gaggle of some 7-10 R.I.N.O.s want the G.O.P., The Conservative Revolution and America to do- SURRENDER, COMPROMISE AND APPEASE!!!

Let me reiterate: WE WON!!!

WE set the “Terms of Surrender”- NOT the Libs, “Moderates”, Populists and Centrists! NO! WE WON!

On Constitutional PRINCIPLES & VALUES NEVER COMPROMISE.

On the means and methods we ACHIEVE CONSERVATIVE PRINCIPLES/GOALS we DO have leeway in our choices, i.e.:

Example 1- Taxes.

It IS a Conservative idea to CUT ALL Tax rates across the board.

It is ALSO Conservative to ELIMINATE certain taxes like the death and marriage penalty tax.

It is ALSO Conservative to CUT certain taxes down- like capital gains tax, windfall profits tax and the corporate income tax.

It is ALSO Conservative to ALL of the above.

And it would be heartily in-line with America’s Founder’s Tax plan to 100% ABOLISH the Income Tax ALTOGETHER and go to a FLAT NATIONAL SALES TAX of 7-12%.

There ARE a plethora of ways within Conservatism TO ACHIEVE the goal of CUTTING TAXES.

But it is NOT a Conservative idea to RAISE taxes.

Politcal Maxim #1.

On Principles- NEVER COMPROMISE. On the means to achieve those PRINCIPLES we can negoiate the method.

Political Maxim #2.

Among CONSERVATIVES on CONSERVATIVE ideas there is room to choose from various methods to achieve the goal.

Political Maxim #3.

BUT with a LIBERAL we can NEVER compromise and accept the implementation of MORE LIBERALISM.

As Rush Limbaugh said: WINNERS DON’T COMPROMISE.
